Picture taken on 17 July 2009Generally it is easy to put a sticker into a simple category. It can be art, advertisement, litter, or vandalism. But this sticker defies easy categorization. It could be an artistic statement. It is discouraging litter, but could itself be thought of as vandalism. This picture was taken on third street between Candelas restaurant and bar and the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association Senior Gardens and may be part of the cultural and generational exchange between the two establishments.
